so many things are borrowed here: the dress, the hair skills and the photography but isn’t that what sisters are for?!
the dress: it is my sister-in-law’s and was too perfect to pass up since it was a great blank canvas for my new neon earrings!
(these earrings were actually a big deal for me because i rarely wear anything other than posts. that being said, i thought this weekend called for something a bit fancier so i went ahead and added two pairs of dangly earrings to my collection and i must say, am loving them so far.)
the hair skills: i have yet to learn to curl my hair successfully so while my little sister was around i wanted to re-create a look one of my bloggers did recently that i had been desperately wanting to try.
the photography: my “twin” sister graciously took my pictures all weekend long and now i am just wishing i had her around all the time, though for more reasons than just taking my pictures!
this was my look for a cocktail ceremony following my dad’s promotion; cheers to sisters who let me borrow from them!
