i cannot believe we are at the end of the first week of 2014, i swear as i get older the time just begins to fly by! i hope all of you had a fun time celebrating and ringing in the new year.

-getting dressed up and hanging with friends to celebrate new years eve.
-a slideshow of instagram snaps that will give you immediate wanderlust. can i just make traveling my job already?
-coming home after the longest day of work ever to the tub already filled and surrounded with candles. my husband won some major points for that one.
-days off of work are the absolute greatest.
–pope francis’s new years resolutions have me considering a few more: volunteer instead of donate, be more joyous, make time for others and never gossip.
-getting sweet notes in the mail from faraway friends. i need to send some myself!
