i used to be really into the show “what not to wear”. it was kind of my mom’s and my thing, we would watch it together all the time and we knew each episode by heart! ever since those days, i can hear stacy and clinton in my head saying that “navy is a neutral”.
i know many people think that black and blue cannot be worn together, but since they are both neutrals the rule is that they actually can. personally i love the pairing, i think it is so chic!
