i don’t know about you but i loved this shortened week, i cannot believe it is already friday! not that i am complaining.
this weekend is filled with wedding festivities for some close friends for us and i am so excited!

one: movie nights with my best friend. the other night i had to meet up with my best friend since we were having seperation anxiety after vegas; we spent the night painting nails, swapping secrets and watching catching fire.
two: memorial day weekend. i never, i repeat never, get three day weekends in my profession so finding out that we got monday off was the greatest news. matt and i considered going out of town but then decided to lay low and just spent our time hanging out together and visiting with some friends and it was marvelous. if only every weekend was a three day weekend…
three: hot country nights. during the summer kansas city’s local country station hosts free concerts every thursday and this week was the kick off. i got to pull out my boots, meet up with friends and sing along to some eric paslay!
four: evening walks. i know i have said this before but i just love them so much. walking with the huz in the warm air and chatting about our days is the best.
