one year ago on this date, my first post went live here on GHL. after years of reading blogs and people telling me to start my own, i wrote it the night before, after my first full day in the corporate world, knowing that the time had finally come that i would really need a creative outlet.
i had absolutely no clue what i was doing or what my blog would become, in fact i did not even tell my husband about it for over two weeks, instead taking awkward pictures on self-timer! this space has allowed me to make friends from all over the country and really open up and push my own boundaries, both in the fashion sense and the personal sense. blogging has become the greatest hobby i have ever known.
i thank you from the bottom of my heart for following along with me, for every comment and email you send my way, and for telling your friends about my space. i sincerely appreciate all your support and thank you for making this such a great year for me.
