FRIDAY FIVE.

i absolutely cannot believe how quickly the holidays are creeping up on me!  tomorrow we are doing an early thanksgiving with my husband’s extended family and then on sunday i am planning to attend a friendsgiving, so it should be a pretty fun weekend!

one: i know i will soon be cursing winter, but right now i am kind of enjoying the cold weather.  it is getting me in the christmas spirit!!

two: i finally got around to framing some prints for our gallery wall.  unfortunately i still only have 4 prints and 6 frames haha but i love the ones i have collected so far!  i posted a picture of some of them to my instagram and y’all loved them so i thought i would share the direct links with you so you can snatch them up for yourself or as a gift for a loved one: kansas city map print (check to see if she has your city!), escape the ordinary print, live colorfully print, and travel list print.

three: blogging is kind of funny because you become friends with people you have never met, and everyone else thinks it is weird except for other bloggers.  i have considered melissa of simply sweet melissa a dear friend for nearly a year now (i am even invited to her wedding 🙂 and we text and email all the time but this week on one of my long drives home i finally had a chance to talk to her on the phone!  definitely made my day talking to that sweet girl!

four: a mid-day chocolate covered caramel apple.  also good as dessert later 😉
