As I mentioned in Tuesday’s post, the weather hasn’t fully transitioned here. This leaves me in a predicament: I want to pull out the fall favorites, but it’s still a little too warm. Enter the sleeveless trench. It’s the perfect year-round piece because it can be remixed so many different ways – wear it over a dress or romper during the summer, over a turtleneck sweater in the dead of winter, or used as an in-between piece as I did here by pairing it with a tank and coated denim pants.
This particular one is also long enough to wear as a dress (as shown in the widget below), which would be so chic!
Sizing note: The trench runs true to size. I always size down in vests because otherwise they can swallow me, but now it is a little too small to wear as a dress unless I safety pin it closed over my thighs haha, so go ahead and order your regular size for the best fit!
