I got these overalls a few weeks ago and have been pleasantly surprised with their versatility and been wearing them all the time (with a turtleneck sweater, plain long sleeve tee, striped tee, and a duster cardigan… just to name a few) despite the fact that my husband doesn’t quite “get” them. In fact, he suggested I call this post “Ronald McDonald Meets Old McDonald” 😉 But the way I see it, there’s a certain validation of a man not liking your outfit choice – very Man Repeller – and who doesn’t want to channel Leandra from time to time?!
A good pair of overalls had been on my wishlist for a while but the hunt had been pretty futile – it seemed all the good pairs were crazy expensive (or at least more than I was willing to spend on freaking overalls). But the hunt finally came to an end when I found this pair. In fact, I was afraid they might be too good to be true, but then I tried them on and found that by some miracle they really are perfect! Slightly cropped, medium wash and not tight but not too baggy either. The sprinkles on top are the rose gold hardware (yes, really) and slight distressing. Patience is a virtue but at least it brings rewards.
*I just saw that these overalls have sold out in a ton of sizes over the course of the past few days, wahhh. If they don’t have your size, I recommend checking to see if they have them in your local store! Otherwise, I know they’re more expensive, but these are really similar*
