After a bit of a rough patch, music and I have finally worked through our issues. After what felt like months of stale tunes and nothing new that actually sounded good, the past few weeks there have been multiple releases that have me super excited!
And thank you again to everyone who contributed songs to me last month; it was such a fun way to get out of my music bubble!
I included a handful of those new releases below – ayokay, Troye Sivan, and LANY being three artists who always pull through for me. And then a wild card – Ariana Grande. To be honest, her music is really catchy so oftentimes I find myself enjoying her songs, but I personally just cannot stand her. Anyone else? Howeverrrrr, in high school basically every playlist I made had an Imogen Heap song on it (so emo/2009 of me hahaha) so as soon as I heard her remix of Goodnight and Go, I was hooked. I won’t tell you how many times I’ve listened to it…
