TRAVEL STYLE + HEIDI HAIR TUTORIAL.

i mentioned that i was traveling last week for work, so today i thought i would share with you my travel style.  after flying quite a bit throughout college and over the past year, i have learned the ins and outs and thought i should share my secrets!

 i have found a simple formula that works like a charm: thick maxi dress + jacket + sandals + a big tote with socks and a scarf (to use as a blanket).  truth be told, i wear this exact outfit for at least one leg of any plane ride i take.  the combination is fool proof; give it a try on your next trip!

i typically choose to wear my hair up when i am flying because then i do not have to worry about it looking good when i land.  since so many of you requested a tutorial after this instagram and blog post, i went ahead and filmed one for you!  it is my first video ever and i know it is super awkward but hopefully it makes sense!  let me know if you have any questions and be sure to use #GHLhair on any pictures you post!
