This post could have also been titled “That Time We Thought We Were Shooting Outside Warren Buffet’s House But It Was Actually Just His Neighbor’s”, but I figured that might be a little long haha!
Like I mentioned in yesterday’s post, over the weekend we headed up to Omaha for a friend’s wedding. I had never been before so we left early in the morning so we would have a few hours to grab some lunch and tour around before the wedding. Well first on our list of touristy things to do was to go check out Warren Buffet’s house, because we are both in the accounting/finance industries, so naturally… we are such nerds, it’s okay we know. Well anyways, we thought we found it and decided it will make for a good story so we started shooting only to realize halfway through that his was the one next door, fail!
After that little pitstop we spent the rest of our free time walking around Old Town which is darling and has tons of restaurants, toured the campus at Creighton (if we ever go somewhere with a college campus we almost always stop to tour around), and walked around the College Baseball World Series stadium. It was such a fun little day and this casual outfit was perfect for everything on our agenda.
